Holistic approach towards life has always been very close to my heart. I have been working with body awareness and mindful attitude using yoga, dance, meditation and massage as tools for over a decade now.
I have had the amazing opportunity to complete Multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in India and I am a qualified Balinese massage therapist as well. Moreover, as a psychology lover, I have completed Post-Graduated Studies in Practical Social Psychology.
I use my in-depth knowledge and voice of intuition to empower my students and help them to rebalance in life and find a joyful place within themselves again.
Passion is my main motivator to live, breathe and work…
But it hasn’t always been like that. I spend years dividing my life between what I do and what I love the most. Apart from working as a professional Zouk dancer, festival organiser and a yoga teacher, I was also a part of the corporate world, working as a marketing whizz for 10 years. As busy as it may sound, I was simply a very hungry for life creature that was trying to find the perfect balance between my job and my passion.
One day I have decided to change my life and keep only the passion part.
In September 2015 I jumped into the deep end, quit my job in Poland and moved to Australia, starting my biggest dream: Shape of harmony.
My yoga journey
I found yoga over 10 years ago while working as a professional dancer. Yoga was a remedy for my sore body after many hours of training. It stretched my muscles and helped me to regenerate faster. The mental aspect came later. Yoga stretched my mind as well. The feeling of peace and harmony empowered me in my every day existence, not only on the mat.
As a natural process, yoga became my whole life.
I have completed Multi-style Yoga Teacher Training in India and ever since, I have been trying to empower my beautiful students. My favourite style of teaching is a combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha Yoga. Flowing through asanas guided by the breath but at the same time holding some poses longer to deepen the posture and experience its physical and mental healing powers. I am also experienced in other styles, like Yin yoga, Power yoga, or Iyengar style.

Through the body to beyond the mind
The word shape is usually attributed to physical appearance, the shape of the body… but have you ever thought about the shape of your inner balance…what if you were to draw one?
Within the challenges of our everyday existence we lose contact with our bodies and our breath, and we start to store different tensions and undefined anxieties on a subconscious level. We hold on to these emotions like a close friend that is in reality our biggest hidden enemy.
This process can be easily reversed with some effort and a conscious decision to make a change.
And here is where I want to help you….
Within Shape of harmony, I offer you a soulful practice with different tools to reach holistic balance of your body, emotions and mind. I believe in the power of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and relaxation massages.
These techniques will help you to rediscover a peaceful and joyful place within you. By increasing body awareness and releasing hidden tensions you can reach your deeper potential and experience a much greater feeling of happiness and fulfilment.
