Does stress affect you?

Stress can affect our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Symptoms of stress include:

  • Over thinking things
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Constantly thinking work

We believe the best way to fight stress is to do something for yourself.

Take with you techniques that can be easily used at home. We will show you how simple changes in your daily routine can impact the way you feel and how you go about everyday situations so you can not only behave better but also feel better!

By Attending this life improving event on Sunday the 14th of August you are not only helping yourself, you are as well helping two ill boys with progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis (PFIC type I). 

Event is free of charge, however we will be collecting "gold coin" donations.
