Welcome to my space
A holistic approach to life has always been very close to my heart. I have been working with body awarness and mindfull attitude using yoga, dance, meditation and massage for almost two decades now. In 2014 I had an amazing opportunity to complete the Multi-style Yoga Teachers Training in India and since then I devoted all my life to yoga. Following my passion I became a Qualified Balinese Massage Therapist and completed the Post-Graduated Studies in Practical Social Psychology too.
Passion, fullfilment and joy were the main motivators to live, breathe and work...
But it hasn’t always been like that. I spent years dividing my life between what I do and I love the most. Apart from working as a professional Zouk dancer, a festival organiser and a yoga teacher, I was also a part of corporate world. For 10 years I worked as a marketing whizz. As busy as it may sound, I was simply trying to find a perfect balance between my job and my passion.
Then one day I decided to change my life completely and keep only the passion part.
In September 2015 I jumped into the deep end, quit my stable job in polish corporation and move to Australia, starting my biggest dream: Shape Of Harmony.
My Yoga Jouney
I have found yoga almost 20 years go while working as a professional dancer. Yoga was a remedy to my sore body after many hours of training. It stretched my muscles and helped me to regenerate faster. The mental aspect came later. Yoga stretched my mind, as well. The feeling of peace and harmony empowered me in my everyday life, not only on the mat. As a natural process, yoga become my whole life. I have completed the Multi-style Yoga Teacher’s Training and ever since, I have been empowering my beautiful students, travelling and teaching across Europe and Australia.
Along my journey, I have been working with the biggest Australian institutions like the Mental Health Commission, Red Cross and Bupa. I organised multiple workshops and retreats, as well as offered private and group classes, with over 1000 hours taught under my belt. I cannot imagine more fullfilling vocation in life.
My favourite style of Yoga is the combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. Flowing through asanas, guided by the breath, but at the same time, holiding poses for longer, to experience its deeper physical and healing powers. I’m also experience in other styles like Yin, Power Yoga and Iyengar style.
