During my class, I love to fuse Eastern philosophy with different life coaching elements. I will ask you many insightful questions to focus on the emotional, mental and energetic aspects, not only the physical layer.
Each session will also incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, visualisation and other mindfulness tools, as I love offering different embodiment practices, and I believe they are truly transformational.
