01. Corporate Yoga & Pilates

Group yoga and Pilates sessions offered at the company premises or other preferred locations.

These sessions target the negative effects of an overly sedentary lifestyle while helping employees release their back pain and decrease their stress levels. Significant improvement in overall health and wellbeing is guaranteed.

  • If a session is offered at the company premises, there needs to be a suitable space (a conference room, a kitchen, etc. or even a nearby park) that will accommodate yoga mats.
  • Activewear is recommended for employees to perform all poses comfortably and correctly.
  • The classes are usually provided in 8-week program blocks to allow an organisation to evaluate the program outcome and its efficiency.
  • The session usually lasts 60 min but shorter, 45 min classes can be provided upon request.
  • They can be run before or after work or during lunchtime.
  • The level of the class is adjusted to the participants needs and goals and is suitable for complete beginners.

04. Stress Management Workshop

The employee wellbeing workshop presents practical mindfulness tools and techniques to build greater emotional and mental resilience, manage stress more effectively and avoid burnout at work and in life.

It consists of two components: theory and practice. In the theoretical part, the participants have the opportunity to dive deeper into the science of nervous system regulation and stress. Afterwards, they can practice and try different techniques to experience its power and effectiveness.
