Group Sessions

If you would like to practice with me in a group setting and become a part of a health-conscious community, you can join one of my group yoga and Pilates classes. 

I cooperate with many yoga and wellbeing centres in Perth, WA and offer my sessions and workshops on an ongoing basis there.

Currently you can jump on the yoga mat with me at Horizon Yoga and Beatty Park Leisure Centre.

My intention is to offer an empowering, deeply transformative and nourishing practice. Create a safe space where you can connect with your body and breath to drop within and experience the most profound feeling of peace and harmony. 

During my class, I love to fuse Eastern philosophy with different life coaching elements. I will ask you many insightful questions to focus on the emotional, mental and energetic aspects, not only the physical layer. 

Each session will also incorporate breathwork, guided meditation, visualisation and other mindfulness tools, as I love offering different embodiment practices, and I believe they are truly transformational.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice focusing on synchronizing movement with breath. It is all about the fluidity and flow during this session while moving through the sequences of yoga poses in a conscious, controlled and deliberate way. This type of yoga helps not only strengthen and detoxify the body, but also quiet the mind, reduce stress and be able to be completely present.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a type of Vinyasa Yoga but it focuses more on building greater heat and fire in the body while introducing more challenging yoga poses, faster pace and adding a core-based type of movements. It is a great solution if you want to improve your cardiovascular endurance and build greater core strength.
