About My Work
I deeply believe that our body has incredible capacities to rejuvenate, restore and heal it self. It also carries a lot of answers and insights. In fact, if we drop deep into our body and heart space, we can rediscover the most fulfilling sensation of peace and harmony.
As a guide, I would love to support you in this process of regaining connection and trust with your beautiful vessel and empower you to fully take care of yourself.
I run all my private sessions very intuitively, trusting the process and creating a safe and nurturing environment encouraging growth and change.
I love to combine different movement modalities (Yoga, Pilates and fitness) and incorporate wellbeing coaching elements. One class can be fully focus on building stronger core, the other on regulating the nervous system. And sometimes my clients simply share what’s on their hearts and it can be as powerful as an intensive workout. There are no rules here, just a safe space to explore and transform.

You can book your private session in your most convenient time and location. It can be your favourite beach, park or even your living room. We can adjust our schedule, so it will suit all your needs and preferences.
An Individual Approach
Each session will be different tailored to your personal needs on this particular day. I can run an intensive Vinyasa yoga session one, and deeply restorative Yin practice with meditation the other. We can incorporate some coaching to focus on your wellbeing goals.
As we work on a 1-to-1 basis, I know your body and the history of your previous injuries. This insight allows me to design the most beneficial session and share a lot of feedback on your postural alignment and technique.
